Kelsie is a gorgeous green-eyed adult male cat at the Putnam Humane Society. He loves to be brushed, and once he knows you loves to be petted too. Kelsie likes to play, especially with furry mice toys. Come and meet Kelsie daily from 10-4:15. Dog lovers can visit with the dogs from 10-3 daily.
