By participating in this Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally agrees to comply with these official rules.
Privacy Policy: It is Macaroni Kid’s privacy policy not to share, sell, loan, or rent entrant’s contact information (name, email address, etc.) to any third party. However, by entering into this sweepstakes you consent to allowing Macaroni Kid to: (1) contact you via email to alert you if you have won; (2) post your first name along with the prize you have won in the event you win on Macaroni Kid’s website and/or Facebook page; and (3) subscribe you to receive the weekly newsletter. In addition, in the event you win, your contact information may be shared with the prize provider for the purposes of facilitating the delivery of your prize.
Drawing: Entry into this Giveaway begins at begins and ends at the dates and times listed in the Giveaway Article. Any entries received after the giveaway period will not be considered. To enter, a person must click on the Punchtab link within the Giveaway article, complete name and email information, and may increase entries as instructed in Punchtab. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using random.org. Macaroni Kid will announce the winner(s) on its website after winner claims the prize. Winner has 24 hours to respond to email sent from sabrinac@macaronikid.com. If winner declines the prize or fails to claim within the designated time period, an alternate winner will be chosen.
Alternate winners: If the initial winner fails to respond within 24 hours of notification, an alternate winner must be chosen. Alternate winners are chosen from the top five "Facebook Fans" via random.org. Facebook Fans become such by commenting, postings, liking, and otherwise interacting on the local Macaroni Kid Facebook Page. Each item receives points, and the more interaction, the more points. Where one contest is run on multiple sites, top fans will be combined together. Any person promoting a business on our site will automatically be disqualified from this portion of the contest. The unauthorized promotional comment will be deleted. Macaroni Kid publishers and the household members are not qualified entrants.
Prizes: The Giveaway prizes will consist of prize listed in Giveaway Article. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Macaroni Kid reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Conditions of Participation: Each prize winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, along with any other fees or expenses, associated with any prize he or she wins. Accepting a prize constitutes winner’s consents to the use of their name, city and state for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice, to the extent such use is permitted by law.
