Thierry Danvingrew is the owner of Brewster Pastry. He grew up in Lure, France, a small town located in the north eastern region near Switzerland and Germany. After an extensive apprenticeship in France, Thierry accepted a position with Club Med. Thierry's hard work, dedication, and personality, got him promoted to the position of "Chef Boulanger & Patissier" with the company. After his promotion Thierry went on to train bakers of all nationalities in the art of French baking. Thierry's 10 year employment with Club Med enabled him to work all over the world. He has worked in such countries as:France,Italy,Israel,Switzerland,Bahamas,Brazil,Australia,Mexico,St. Lucia, Turks and Caicos Islands, and the United States.
Thierry’s international experience is evident in his work. Comment such as “that’s from Brewster Pastry? Just give me a fork!” are not uncommon. It is hard to imagine food tasting even better than his exquisite work, but I assure you the cakes and cupcakes taste beyond amazing. And now you can make cupcakes under his guidance through private parties. Thierry offers two hour long birthday parties (or other private parties) which include pizza from Aversano’s, another local favorite food place, and of course the stellar cake is included. Each attendee even brings home the six cupcakes s/he make. The value for your money is unparalleled here.
