Calling all Beagle Lovers! Ribbon is one of 3 young adult female Beagles found in Carmel on New Years Day. She's only about a year old and loves the company of other dogs. Ribbon is a bit shy at first and is working on her leash skills. Give her just a moment to say hello and you'll find that she's a real sweetheart. Come and meet Ribbon and her Beagle sisters Tessa & Muffin at the Putnam Humane Society.
